Jingcai Ying

Jingcai Ying is an Associate Editor of VoegelinView and currently a first-year JD candidate at the Osgood Hall Law School of York University. He received his Ph.D. in Government from the University of Virginia. He is interested in the history of political thought, democratic theory, continental political thought, and American political thought. He can be reached at jying@yorku.ca.
